The Child in me...

The child in me said to me
I don't know what is happening
In the world all around
I don't know what is jealousy
I don't know how to be proud
I don't know what is depression
'Cause I am connected with Lord's impression
I don't know what is grim
'Cause I am full of grin.
I don't know how to be clever
'Cause I like to be innocent forever
'Cause I like to be innocent forever
Let's celebrate this divinity
Which can never be perished by mortality
Let's be connected to the existence
To become the existence
To become the existence.

The Master Motivator

India is only a country where people like to talk too much that even they forget what they have to do and what task they have been assigned to do. It can be considered as a sign of love as the more loving you will be, the more garrulous and talkative you will become.

But I don't think it to be bad rather only this thing unite us to be the one incredible.  Either we are travelling or we are in a very miserable situation, we prefer to talk and feel carefree.

During my M.Ed., I used to talk just like being a true Indian as it is our basic nature to be talkative and to be garrulous.  I had wasted lot of my days talking with my M.Ed. friends in the hostel sitting in the room of Harjeet Singh Brar and Sukhdeep Singh Loomba. Ajay and Harwinder Cheema were also with us.

We started talking about motivation.  Then suddenly I recollected the thoughts of Dr. Khushvinder Kumar, who taught me during my B.Ed. in B.C.M. College of Education.
Then, he was the Principal of the College.  I just started talking with my friends regarding one of the greatest speech given by him during the orientation programme. It was my first day in B.C.M. and he was going to address the students of B.Ed. of the new session.  In the very beginning when He started his speech, I just felt spellbound and felt as if hundreds of electric current started flowing in my body.  The Hall turned to be quiet and everyone was listening him with a great sensation and curiosity.  That was really a surprising incident for me when a Principal of a College was telling the students(Pupil teachers) to leave the hall if they felt bored but no one moved because all of us wanted to listen him as he had something special which we didn't have!  Not even .00005%.  Then he smiled and told that there were only four ways to motivate others.

- First is to create interest.

- Second is to develop compassion and love for the task.

- Third is to give some incentives

- And the Fourth one is to Punish or develop a feeling of fear.

Then he said, "The first two are the example of intrinsic motivation whereas the third and fourth one are the examples of extrinsic motivation."

Now I knew it very well that he is going to use all the four kind of motivation to develop and shape our personality.

There was also a strange kind of fear in my mind that perhaps he would punish me but it wasn't happen rather he taught me with examples and lessons.  Still I feel as if his first speech is running in my nerves.

Then Harjit told me that he knew Dr. Khushvinder Kumar ji as he read some of his researches.

The whole day we were talking about motivation and then in the evening at 6 O' Clock, a phone call of my sister from home came!
I found that I was too late!

I told her that I was just coming within an hour. I took the private bus from Sadhar to Ludhina Bus stand.

My friend Harjit Singh Brar was with me to drop me at Sadhar Bus stand.   The Bus came within 5 minutes and I said good bye to him.

Now I sat down in a seat and closed my eyes.  Suddenly, I felt as if he was sitting with me and talking to me. On that day sun seemed as if it was in its full glory!

Perhaps it was also attributing The Great Master Motivator...........!

Long live the great Soul in this physical world.

The Teacher who 'inspires' me...

To

Dearest Pargat Sir
The Principal
GHG Khalsa College of Education
Gurusar Sadhar

You are one of the best teachers, I have seen in my life. Your way of teaching, your reflective level of thinking, your pragmatic cum idealistic approach towards life, your passion and love for exploring new things and then to deliver the same in your lecture always inspire me a lot.
I have no words how to say thanks to you!

You remain so much amicable with me even though being such a great learned!

You always make us feel comfortable in your company. Even now I remember the days when you taught us in Economics class at BCM College of Education, CHD. Road, Ldh. You just made us feel as if you are our friend or an elder brother who is just discussing something with us but in the end of the lecture, we realized that you taught us many of the concepts given in the books of Economics, Teaching Learning Process, Psychology, and Philosophy in just within 45 minutes! And when I just read the books, I started recollecting your words like the anchors of learning.

Very many thanks, Sir for your teaching...May God bless you always...

Yours sincerely
Sudhir
(The one who learns from his errors)

The Teacher who inspires

On October 2018, I got an opportunity to meet with Mrs Amarjit Dhaliwal, the Principal of GMT International Public School, Kakowal Road, Ludhiana. I had already sent my resume via email a day before my visit to the school and my appointment with Ma'am was also fixed. Till then, I heard a lot about Dhaliwal Ma'am and her administrative skills from Narinder Ma'am, Sharanjeet Ma'am, Rajesh Sir and Aman Singla Sir. I was quite nervous at that moment because the image which I had made about Ma'am was like someone who is very strict. Though nervous, I was, still, I went into the office. Rajesh Sir was also there during the interview. She was reading something at that moment and I sought permission from her to come in.

She replied, "Come in Sudhir, we were waiting for you."

I felt perplexed if I was late! Perhaps that's why she said that to me satirically.

But thanks to God, it wasn't that. Then she just asked me about my hobbies and the things which I liked a lot. I replied that I am having a passion for teaching and seeking for an institute where I can get the best environment to explore my potential. She said firmly to me that I would be given the best environment in the school.

Within two days, I realized that the discipline part of the school is excellent. Students are very obedient and they respect their teachers. This is what I want.

One more thing which she told me during the interview, she said, "Sudhir, we have to focus on our Karmas only and leave the rest in the will of God." Even now, the line inspires me to endeavour to be dutiful. Not only this specific incident rather there are number of incidents when she guided and inspired me like a teacher.

It was the mid of the session 2019-20. In class XII, English, we have some new chapters introduced in our syllabus and I was feeling some difficulty to create my interest in the chapter, 'Poets and Pancakes.'

Next day I told her honestly that I couldn't create interest in that chapter. She just looked at me and replied, "It is a very easy chapter Sudhir. It is all about Gemini studio, makeup artists; their hierarchy according to the actors working in the movie, Kothamangalam Subbu; the right hand of S.S Vasan, the visit of Stephen Spender in the studio and the reason why he visited there." Within 15 minutes, she just described me everything mentioned in the text! Not only this, she also gave me a wider opinion about the text by telling me about Communism and how the Owner of Gemini Studio, S.S Vasan and Stephen Spender, the poet were having the same opinion against communism.

She also told me about the book, 'The God that Failed' which refers to a collection of essays by six authors who wrote about their journey into Communism to disillusionment and Stephen Spender was one of them.

The examples she gave then, I always quote in my class.

Today is 'Teacher's Day', and this is just my small endeavour to say thanks to her for being such a great teacher!

Not Everyone can know thee..

The Almighty is watching
What the mortal man is doing
helpless and dilapidated
Why he is devastated!
Why the pain inside?
Thinking the Lord Infinite
They are just passengers of different paths
Ye are the passenger of the royal path!
Not everyone can know thee
Not everyone can know thee..

We all are one

On this Independence Day,
I wish for the India where
there are no sufferings
No pain, no violence
No fight for the sake of narrow prejudice
May the Divine strength guide us always
May the Infinite God unite us always
May God help us to develop the feeling of respect for all
May the garden of different flowers always prosper and unite
May the stars in the same sky always shine
So let's respect all because we all are one
So let's rise and shine because we all are one.

A Writer Never Dies

A writer never dies
Rather he has a strength
To make the dead alive

A writer never dies
Because he inspires
till the end of his life

A writer never dies
Because he has an immortal body
Which never comes under the domain of time!

A writer never dies
Because he lives in his ideas always even after he died!

A writer never dies...

The End of the Era

The end of the era is on the card
And unveiling of many worldly gods
Those who seems like messengers of gods
Are just the demons following the devil's path
Though the second coming is quite certain
And the tenth Avtar will also come

Still, demons are full of mighty strength
Still, demons are full of mighty strength

Because they know that the Lucifer can never be shunned.
He dwells in every mind
He dwells in every heart

He is lord of darkness and malicious path

Still the mortal man knows how to confront
And face the devil with his confined strength

The victory is not certain
Though he knows
'Cause neither he is God
Nor Son of God
But he will face
Vatsa is quite sure
Maybe after that
the second coming will be there
Maybe after that
the tenth Avtar will be there...

Confront, control and conquer

Confront, control and conquer
Thy fear my dear
No one is born fearless
No one is perfect my dear

But to quit is not the right act
But to quit is not the right act
It is the fact that you can overcome your fear
It is the fact that you can overcome your fear

Sometimes there will be tears
Sometimes the mind fears
But not to care
But not to care

It is just thy journey
Complete it my dear
It is just thy journey
Complete it my dear

Always remember; You will either get victory or defeat
Because victory without defeat is not victory at all
Because courage without fear is not courage at all

Confront, control and conquer
Thy fear my dear
No one is born fearless
No one is perfect my dear.

An urge from the Mother Earth

An urge from the mother earth
Can't ye live a life of worth
Seek thy inner magnitude
To know how to live the life of gratitude

It will give ye a gratification
It will give ye a self-fulfilment
So please repent
So please repent

Let's prove our worth
Propagating the son of Earth
Show your worth
Show your worth

He lives in your heart
and seeks your urge
To save the mother Earth
To save the mother Earth

Dancing Demons

The worst is yet to come
"So be careful," said the nature.
Be a human
Oh! Human
Otherwise dancing demons
Will wipe thy dump
And pull ye inside the depth of slums

Let's comprehend not to cross our limits
Otherwise limitless will cross Her limit
Otherwise limitless will cross Her limit.

Lord can't help as ye disobey
The angels can't help as ye abandoned the truthful ways.

Now the demons are laughing
As ye are left deserted
due to thy foolish ways
due to thy foolish ways

And they will make ye prey
And they will make ye prey

Wake up!
Oh! Wake up!

Repent and ye will be forgiven.

Reform your ways
Reform your ways

Or be ready for the dancing demons....!

Uncouth Reality

Uncouth reality
Is the demon of uncertainty
Uncouth reality
Kills the sense of spirituality
Uncouth reality
Is the harsh discourse
Uncouth reality
Is the Lucifer's consort
Uncouth reality
Needs to be dodged
Uncouth reality
Must be shunned
So keep mum
So keep mum

Observe the silence
Let's introspect
Maybe in the past
We are on the wrong edge
Let's confess
Let's confess

'Cause uncouth reality
Is as harsh as death
